Twin Extruder Gearbox

The gearbox is specially designed by us for intermeshing, co-rotating twin screw extruder. The gearbox is design and manufacture by us. The gearbox is divided in to three parts due to get good accuracy and long life features. Our bearing selection increases the life of gearbox. Shaft, gear and bearing s are assembled in each zone of gearbox. The gearbox is cooled and lubricated by a motor and oil p ump with heat exchanger is also providing for cooling of oil. Gear box in connected with the motor with variable drives.
